Standard commander: a cast every ~11 turns. Rage-cycling builds compress the interval — every extra cast is a full Damage Factor of free damage.

Why this is the biggest damage lever

Surplus rage above the cost is wasted, not carried over — so lowering the cost or restoring rage on cast multiplies total skill output. Rage is also generated by counterattacks and damage taken, with no per-turn cap on counters: being engaged by several enemies charges your active faster (at the price of incoming damage).
