By the end of this page you will know what HouseBreaker does, what it never does, and which of the two packages you have.
What it does
HouseBreaker keeps a record of your own play on stake.us and shows you what that record says.
- It records. While you play a Stake Original, the browser extension notes each of your bets as the page receives its result: the game, the amount, the payout and the outcome.
- It analyses. It counts what came up, compares it with what the game's published odds give, and adds up what you wagered and what came back, per session and per day.
- It keeps SC and GC apart. Stake Cash and Gold Coins are never added together, and neither is shown as dollars.
Everything it records stays on your computer, in your browser.
What it does not do
- It places no bets. It never clicks, types, or presses a button on the Stake page.
- It sends nothing to Stake. It makes no request to Stake of its own and holds no Stake sign-in. It only reads the answers your own page already received.
- It sends your play nowhere else either. There is no account to create and no server that receives your bets.
- It does not predict. Every game on Stake draws each result independently. Past results do not change future odds. A number that has come up often is no more and no less likely next time, and HouseBreaker says so beside every figure that could be read otherwise.
- It does not see other sites or other tabs. It works on stake.us and nowhere else.
A betting strategy can be followed and explained in the Strategy tab. It is never carried out for you, and every strategy has the same expected result: the house edge times the amount wagered, lost.
Which package you have
HouseBreaker comes as two downloads.
| Package | What is in it | Pages of this guide |
|---|---|---|
| HouseBreaker Web | The browser extension, as a zip file named HouseBreaker-Web-<version>.zip. |
Pages 1 to 4 and page 10. |
| HouseBreaker Bundle | The same extension, and the HouseBreaker desktop app for Windows. | Every page. |
If you have one zip file and nothing else, you have HouseBreaker Web. The desktop app is sent to people directly, as a file named HouseBreaker-Setup-<version>.exe; if nobody has sent you that file, the pages marked (Bundle) are not about anything you have.
The extension works by itself. The desktop app adds what a browser cannot keep well: your full history from Stake's own Game Archive, purchases and redemptions, and budgets.
What you need
- Windows, with Chrome, Edge, Brave or Vivaldi.
- An account on stake.us. HouseBreaker never asks for its password.
